Somen Salad Recipe cooked somen noodles, chilled top salad with kamaboko, green onions, scrambled/fried eggs, lettuce (all toppings sliced up) just before serving, pour dressing over top and toss dressing: 3/4 c or 10 Tbsp sugar (can reduce amt if too sweet, adjust to taste) 1/2 c or 5 Tbsp cooking oil 2/3 c or 8 Tbsp japanese vinegar (su) 3/4 c or 10 Tbsp shoyu (soy sauce) 1/2 tsp salt few drops sesame oil (to taste)
